The Problem

SMEs often operate with disconnected tools (CRM, ERP, marketing automation), leading to data silos. This makes it impossible to get a unified view of the business, resulting in inefficient operations and poor strategic decisions.

The Solution

We designed and implemented a central data orchestration platform using Apache Airflow. This system extracts data from various sources in real-time, transforms it into a unified format, and loads it into a central data warehouse. A real-time dashboard then visualizes this unified data, providing a single source of truth for the entire business.
